For a long time, Orange Blossom (Neroli) has been known in the Mediterranean region for its healing effect in both hydrolate (flower water) or essential oils.  Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate has a sedative effect, which can prevent and relieve gastrointestinal upset, neurasthenia, gout, sore throat and insomnia.  It is used to treat toxic and anaphylactic shock, heart disease failure; Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate is also very famous in cooking, appearing in Middle Eastern pastries, snacks, liqueurs, cocktail tinctures.

Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate is a sedative and anxiolytic.  It is very suitable for dealing with depression, insomnia, stress, emotional shock and other problems.  Soothe restless children, babies and pets; spraying hydrolates on a pet before taking it to the vet can make things quieter; also very suitable for children who have difficulty falling asleep.

 - Insomnia: Drink a cup of warm water or hot water with a teaspoon of Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate before bed.
 - Anger, irritability, and frustration: Same as smoking cessation and alcohol treatment, forty day hydrolate treatment, while continuing to sniff Neroli essential oil.
 - Childbirth: One week before the due date, expectant mothers can drink one to two tablespoons of Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate in 1 liter of drinking water per day.  Spray Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate on your body during childbirth.
 - Air Field Spray: Open your heart and chest, make it easier to accept others.
 - Examination: Take one or two tablespoons of Orange Blossom (Neroli) Hydrolate adding in 1 liter of drinking water.  Use as an aerosol spray before and during the exam, and massage your wrists with Neroli essential oil.
