Helichrysum is one of the hidden secrets of aromatherapy.  The oil has wonderful blood decongesting properties, considered to be more powerful than arnica.  A lot of cosmetic acupuncturists use this oil because of this property.

The oil is also great for emotional bruising too, and can be sniffed direct from the bottle at times of stress.  It is one of the safest oils to use directly on the skin, and it blends well with Chamomile, Jasmine, Lavandin, Lavender and Rose.
