Contraindications: Use well diluted. This is a strong oil.


Eucalyptus Smithii is lighter than Eucalyptus Globulus, and has a fresh, sweet, dry aroma.  It has a softer, gentler quality than other species of Eucalyptus, and is often preferred for use with children, older people, and in fact anyone with a particularly sensitive nature. Its softer quality makes it well-suited for long-term use.   Eucalyptus Smithii has many of the qualities of other Eucalyptus, stimulating the body to fight against germs, and having a balancing, refreshing and even inspirational effect.   It is soothing for the muscles.


Major compounds: 1,8-Cineol, alpha-Pinene, Aromadendrene, Eudesmol
