Chamomile blue has a sweet, warm, herbaceous aroma, so much so that you can feel the warmth of the sunshine in the aroma.  It is somewhat dryer, and less fruity than the German Chamomile from Egypt, like daisies trodden under foot.  German Chamomile is mild and safe, a good children's oil, considered to have the most powerful anti-inflammatory effect of all the chamomile oils.
